I participated in Kuveyt Türk’s Campus “Goal of the Month” campaign. According to the campaign rules, when I completed four monthly campaign tasks, I was supposed to become the “Campus Member of the Month” and receive a discount or reward.
As part of these goals, the final task required me to make a grocery purchase of $8 or more using the Sağlam Debit Card. To complete this task, I made two separate grocery purchases—one for approximately $16 and another for approximately $9.
Despite this, the system did not count either of these purchases toward the campaign goal. Even though my transactions clearly appear as “grocery” purchases in the transaction details, they are still not being included in the campaign.
On December 24, 2025, around 5:31 PM, I called customer service and explained the situation in detail. However, I have not received any follow-up or response.
Since the end of the month is approaching, I am concerned that my campaign eligibility will be wasted. I request that my grocery purchases be immediately included in the campaign, that my monthly goal be marked as completed, and that the discount or benefit I earned be credited to my account.
I kindly ask that I be contacted, that my campaign status be corrected, and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
