Kuveyt Türk Failed to Refund 10% Cashback on My Campus Credit Card
I am a university student and the holder of the campus credit card with the number 5125 9500 **** ****. I participated in your bank's promotion for campus card customers, which offered a 10% cashback on grocery and restaurant expenses. I fulfilled the campaign requirements, but the 10% cashback was not credited back to me. On September 17, 2024, I contacted your bank’s customer service to report this issue. They checked my transactions and confirmed that I met the campaign requirements, and created a complaint record with the number 1912812. However, the cashback was still not processed. On September 30, 2024, I called customer service again, and once more, they checked my transactions. They confirmed that the cashback was not issued and created another complaint record with the number 3836922. I request that the issues related to this matter be resolved and that 10% of my grocery and restaurant expenses be refunded to me.
