Missing Refund from Kuveyt Türk Bank

On March 20, 2024, I encountered an issue where the money I attempted to withdraw from the PTT ATM was not returned to me. We've made a request with Kuveyt Türk Bankası, but the other party is stating that there is no additional cash available at the counter. The PTT branch in Gazi Mahallesi states that Kuveyt Türk Bankası has not submitted a petition to them. I can't believe my ₺600 has disappeared like this. I kindly request both parties to promptly refund my money.
