My Card Not Delivered for a Week - Constant Misleading Information

My bank card sent by Halkbank has not been delivered to me for about a week, even though it was sent via Kurye Net. Despite receiving messages every day saying “it will be delivered today,” no delivery has been made. These constant false notifications have now made the process seem frivolous and mocking. As a customer, encountering such an attitude has disrupted both my time and my work. Due to the card not being delivered, I am unable to carry out my banking transactions and am experiencing serious difficulties with payments and collections. This situation has directly caused me financial loss. I have not received any clear information about the whereabouts of my card. The tracking system provided by Kurye Net is inadequate, and the call center is not solution-oriented. It is unacceptable for a customer to be victimized in such a process. I request that my complaint be taken into consideration, that my card be delivered to me as soon as possible, that clear and detailed information be provided about the delivery process, and that action be taken to compensate me for the inconvenience I have experienced.
