Kuryenet Has Not Delivered My Bank Payroll Card for Over a Week

My bank payroll card, sent via Kuryenet, has been shown as out for delivery since September 2. Today is the 7th day, yet I still have not received my card, and I am experiencing problems because of this delay. My delivery address is Çanakkale/Kepez. Despite calling Kuryenet customer service many times, my calls have never been answered. I also noticed that there are many similar complaints about this company. I urgently request that my card be delivered to me as soon as possible, and if it is not delivered by tomorrow, I want to state that I will file an official complaint.

5000718160121 is my tracking number. I managed to find it out with great difficulty by contacting the bank. We can't reach customer service in any way anyway. There is no branch either. The company never responds to me.
