Stuck with Frozen Mainfarm (MFT) Coin Tokens in Kucoin for 2 Months
I've been having some difficulties lately. I have some Mainfarm (MFT) Coin tokens in my Kucoin account that I've been trying to exchange for cash or transfer to another exchange for the past two months without success. Hifi Finance appears to be holding my 13,800 MFT tokens in some kind of freeze, and I'm not sure why. It's all very annoying, and I'm worried I won't be able to access my tokens at all. I've contacted Kucoin's customer service, but they haven't been very helpful thus far. All they keep saying is that they're looking into it and that I should wait. But I've been waiting for two months already! I desperately need to access my funds, and it's simply not fair that they're being held up in this manner. So I'm hoping someone can help me out here. Why have my tokens been frozen, and when will I be able to use them again? It's annoying that I have to go through all of these hoops just to access my own money.
