Expertchat AI Charged $35 Without Permission

On October 5, 2025, an amount of $35 was withdrawn from my Yapı Kredi card by ai.Expertchat without my permission. I had only activated a trial membership before, and having this payment taken months later without any notification has caused me serious inconvenience.

I tried to contact ai.Expertchat customer service about the issue, but I have not received any response. Because of this situation, I am requesting both a full refund and the complete cancellation of my membership. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
