Since June 2025, about $44 per month has been taken from my card without my knowledge through a website called Expertchat Al. I apparently purchased a membership package without realizing it, and when I wanted to cancel, I couldn’t find any cancellation option in the app or on the website. There is also no way to contact customer service. My bank informed me that the payments were being processed from abroad, but the app name does not appear in the transaction details — I was only told verbally by the bank that it was the Expertchat Al app. I have not received any confirmation email, contract, or informational message.
I request that my membership be canceled immediately and that all amounts withdrawn from my card up to now be refunded.
