KuCoin Account Showing Zero Despite My Deposit — What to Do

In 2023, I added approximately 5,000 TRY in funds to my account through the KuCoin app. However, when I log in to my account now, my balance appears as 0. I’ve also tried from different devices, but the result remains the same. My registered email addresses are c*@gmail.com** and ot*@gmail.com**.

I attempted to contact KuCoin customer service to resolve the issue, but I received no response. I do not have a transaction receipt; however, I request that my balance be credited back to my account and that I be provided with information about this matter.
