I recently purchased the Argivit Focus syrup through Trendyol. Even though we stored the product under proper conditions as stated in the leaflet, we noticed that its color darkened and its taste changed significantly in a short time. Because of this, I don’t feel safe giving it to my child.
I noticed this issue about a week ago and contacted both Argivit and Trendyol, but I have not received any response so far. It is extremely concerning that a product meant for children shows such a noticeable change in color and taste within such a short period.
I request that the product be examined and that a new, problem-free product be sent to me. I also ask that the necessary checks be carried out so that other consumers do not experience the same issue.
