I Report Kucoin Withdrawal Suspension Despite Submitting All Required Documents

On 23.07.2025, I attempted to make a withdrawal from my Kucoin TR account, but the system showed that withdrawals were suspended. I promptly submitted all the required documents, including my bank statement, e-CDD form, and proof of residence, without missing any details.
Despite this, more than 80 hours have passed, and my account is still restricted from withdrawals. I currently have 2,228 USDT stuck in my account, which I cannot access. Strangely, I am still able to make deposits, but only withdrawals are blocked.
I contacted Kucoin TR customer service multiple times, but each time I was only told via email that my request was being reviewed, with no actual resolution. I keep receiving the same repetitive responses with no clear progress.
This is the first time I have faced such an issue, and it has caused me significant frustration. I request that my withdrawal function be restored immediately and that the 2,228 USDT pending in my account be transferred without further delay.
