I Report Kucoin Withdrawal of ₺472,000 Stuck for 14 Days Without Resolution

On 26.07.2025, I initiated a ₺472,000 withdrawal from my Kucoin account (customer number: 248494077) to my TEB Karaman branch bank account, but after 14 days the transaction is still suspended with no progress. I contacted customer support through both live chat and email, and while I promptly submitted all the requested documents and information, I kept receiving only automated replies saying “under review.” For the past four days, there has been no response at all, despite my repeated urgent requests. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and the lack of support is unacceptable, especially since I urgently need access to my funds. I even tried logging in through my computer in case the issue was device-related, but nothing has changed. I demand an immediate resolution and the release of my ₺472,000 withdrawal without further delay.
