I can't log into my account even though I know my password and email are correct. The problem is, my old email account is no longer accessible because I factory reset my phone and created a new one. This means I'm completely locked out of my game.
This is incredibly frustrating! My account is very old and I've invested a lot of time into it. Please, Konami, I'm begging you to do everything in your power to help me recover my account. If I can't get my old account back, then you owe me a comparable account, perhaps one with a 3080 rating, to compensate for years of lost progress.
