Konami Account Data Transfer Error - My Account Is Locked

I'm having trouble accessing my Konami account, and it's really getting on my nerves! My account's data transfer right had expired, and Konami promised to reset it this month, but unfortunately, they failed to do so. I'm having trouble accessing my account despite having the correct login details, and unfortunately, I've lost all the progress I've made in the game. I've been playing this game for quite a while now, and I've dedicated a significant amount of time and energy to building up my account. I really don't want to lose all that progress. I would appreciate it if Konami could address the data transfer problem and allow me to regain access to my account. I would appreciate an explanation regarding the data transfer not resetting as promised, along with some form of compensation for the time and effort I have lost.
