I Can’t Access My Konami Account Because I Lost My Email and Can’t Receive the Code


I’ve been locked out of my Konami account for a long time now because I no longer have access to the email address linked to my account. While I still remember my login password, the system keeps asking to send a verification code to my old email—which I can’t access anymore.
This issue started after I reset my phone, and unfortunately, my email account was deleted permanently. Now I’m completely stuck because I can’t reconnect or update my email without being able to receive the verification code.
Konami, I’m asking you to provide an alternate way to verify my identity so I can regain access to my account. I’ve invested time and effort into your platform, and I shouldn’t be permanently locked out over an outdated email. Please take action and offer a solution to users like me who’ve lost access to their old accounts.
