I purchased the Dear Me app from the App Store thinking it would charge monthly or offer some flexibility. Instead, it immediately withdrew the full annual fee in a single payment—without a clear warning. On top of that, I was extremely disappointed with the app itself. It didn’t provide any helpful content or value, so I canceled my subscription on the very same day.
Right after canceling, I submitted a refund request, expecting a quick and fair resolution. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any response or acknowledgment. I even tried to leave a review on the app, but it wasn’t published—clearly, they are filtering out negative feedback.
I want my money refunded immediately. Charging users for a full year without warning and ignoring refund requests is completely unethical. Dear Me, take accountability and return my money before I escalate this further.
