I purchased a kitchen cabinet from a store called Koçtaş. The product arrived in the city I specified, but the courier company hasn't delivered it for days. They're refusing to deliver the product because they labeled the location in the city center as an "insufficient address." The heavy weight of the product is likely the reason they're not delivering it. When they arrived to deliver, they didn't even contact me to ask if the address was insufficient. They didn't even call to say, "Please tell me the address." They didn't even call to say, "Your address is insufficient, so we couldn't deliver." They simply stopped the delivery with a notice on their website stating, "The address is insufficient." They can't call and say, "The address is insufficient, so we can't deliver it." The address is in the city center. I'm filing a complaint with Koçtaş and Horoz Logistics, which caused this to happen to me.
