Koçtaş Delayed My London 5 Shelf Bookcase Order for a Month
On September 11, I placed an order for a London 5-shelf bookcase (order code: 1077887769) on the Koçtaş website and paid ₺2,399 by credit card. Although the invoice for the product was issued on September 12, nearly a month has passed, and my bookcase has still not been delivered. I requested the order to be sent to the Koçtaş Akyaka Park Mall store. During this time, I called customer service at least six times. Each time, they told me that since the invoice was issued, the order could not be canceled, but they provided no clear information. I received no explanation as to why the delivery had not been made, nor was I given any update about stock availability or any other reason. Despite repeatedly requesting updates and solutions, no action was taken. I ordered this product for school, and it has now been almost a month since classes started. I no longer believe the product will arrive and think they sold something that doesn’t exist. I feel wronged. I no longer want the product and request a full refund so I can make my purchase elsewhere.
