My IKEA Delivery Problem Unresolved
Hello, I placed an order on your online store on July 1st, but I still haven’t received it. The delivery company, Horoz Lojistik, claims that my address is “insufficient,” which is not the case. Other delivery services, such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, and Amazon, have no problem delivering to the same address. There is nothing wrong or missing with my address information. It is clear that Horoz Lojistik has not shown the necessary diligence and has offered no solution. I have been left waiting unnecessarily, and I’m quite frustrated with the situation. I kindly request that my order be delivered as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter and exercise my consumer rights through official channels.
