Other delivery services, such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, and Amazon, have no problem delivering to the same address. There is nothing wrong or missing with my address information. It is clear that Horoz Lojistik has not shown the necessary diligence and has offered no solution. I have been left waiting unnecessarily, and I’m quite frustrated with the situation.
