Kiwi.com Refund Delayed After Flight Cancellation Request

I booked a flight through Kiwi.com on October 10th for December but canceled it the very next day, October 11th. Despite the cancellation, their system still shows that the airline is "reviewing the request," and no progress has been made. I’ve sent multiple messages asking for updates, yet none have led to a resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.
If necessary, I’m willing to pay extra elsewhere, but I will never purchase a ticket from Kiwi.com again. Their cancellation and refund process is unreasonably slow and inefficient. It feels like they completely forget about your ticket once you cancel it. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue and process my refund without further delay.
