Pegasus Issued Refund but Kiwi.com Never Returned My Money
For my flight scheduled on September 22, 2025, I purchased a ticket through Kiwi.com and later canceled the flight. Pegasus Airlines confirmed that the refund of about $36 USD had already been processed and sent to Kiwi.com.
However, I have been unable to reach anyone at Kiwi.com to receive my refund. Customer service is completely inaccessible: the phone number provided is incorrect, and the mobile app requires the booking to appear in the “My Trips” section in order to contact support. Unfortunately, my reservation does not show up in my account, which leaves me with no way to request assistance.
I have now been waiting over a week for my refund. I tried through the website and even attempted to access it with a different account and method, but nothing worked. Pegasus has confirmed the refund on their end, but Kiwi.com has given me no response at all.
This situation has caused me a great deal of frustration. I demand that Kiwi.com return my money immediately and resolve this issue without any further delay.
