Kiwi.com Transfer Protection Failed After Turkish Airlines Canceled My Flight

On October 13, 2025, I purchased a ticket through Kiwi.com to fly from Konya to Istanbul, and then from Istanbul to Sharm El Sheikh with Turkish Airlines. My booking was supposed to include transfer protection.

However, this morning I received a message from Turkish Airlines stating that my Konya–Istanbul flight was canceled. When I searched for an alternative flight, I discovered that there were no morning flights available, and the only flights left were scheduled after my Sharm El Sheikh connection had already departed. This means I would now have to travel one day earlier than planned just to make my connection.

When I contacted Turkish Airlines, they informed me that since the tickets were purchased separately, they would not provide any accommodation support. I then tried to reach Kiwi.com, but I was only able to interact with an AI assistant and could not get through to a live customer representative. Neither company has offered a solution.

I paid nearly 14,000 TL for this booking, and despite the so-called transfer protection, I have been left stranded and completely unsupported.

I am requesting hotel accommodation support due to the cancellation. If Kiwi.com and Turkish Airlines cannot provide this, then I need an explanation: Why advertise transfer protection at all, and why sell tickets separately under the same reservation?

My reservation number is 652433100. This issue started today and so far, no solution has been offered.
