Kiwi.com Refunded Only €10

I made a reservation for two people through Kiwi.com on August 17th and paid ₺68,000. However, I promptly canceled the booking before it was processed. Unfortunately, the amount was deducted from my account and they declined to provide a full refund, instead offering a mere 10 euros, which felt like a mockery. I paid a substantial sum, and this is completely unacceptable. Upon reaching out to Singapore Airlines, they recommended that we pursue a resolution through Kiwi.com. They assured us that a significant portion of the funds should be refunded to us without any deductions. I kindly request a prompt resolution to my issue.
