Inadequate Refund From Kiwi.com After Flight Cancellation

We had to cancel a flight booked through Kiwi.com with a total cost of ₺12,000. However, we were refunded only ₺200, which is extremely low compared to the amount paid and has caused us significant inconvenience. We followed all the necessary cancellation steps through your platform and received confirmation, so this refund amount is both confusing and disappointing. We kindly request a detailed explanation as to why such a minimal refund was issued, and we expect a fairer reimbursement in accordance with your refund policy. Otherwise, I would like to inform you that I will escalate this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board. I request your urgent attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.
