I booked a domestic flight through Kiwi.com for one passenger from Auckland to Christchurch on the 18th and returning on the 26th. The booking was made on the 9th of last month using the email address dennisjo***[email protected]. I am a passenger from Qatar and my original plan was to travel from Doha to Auckland and then use these domestic flights. Due to the current situation, I am no longer able to travel from Doha to Auckland, which means I cannot take the Auckland–Christchurch and return flights that I purchased via Kiwi.com. I have tried to contact Kiwi.com for support regarding this situation and to ask about refund or options, but I have not been able to reach them. I would like to learn clearly what will happen to my booking if I am unable to travel and whether I am entitled to a refund or any alternative solution. I kindly request that my case be checked and that I be informed about my refund rights or possible options as soon as possible.
