Kiwi Missed Flight From Cameroon To Dubai - No Support Or Rebooking

I am writing regarding a missed flight booked through Kiwi.com from Cameroon to Dubai, scheduled for Saturday, 17 January 2026. I was not the person who made the booking, but I was the passenger for this trip. Due to confusion and misunderstanding about the time shown on the ticket, I did not arrive at the airport in time and missed the flight. After realizing the situation, I went directly to the Ethiopian Airlines desk to ask if they could assist me, but they informed me that they could not help. The person who booked the ticket on my behalf then contacted Kiwi.com in writing to request support, but until today there has been no response from Kiwi and no assistance has been offered. In this situation, I am kindly requesting that Kiwi rebook my trip from Cameroon to Dubai for a new date, or provide a suitable alternative solution so that I can complete this journey. I would appreciate a clear and prompt response to resolve this matter, as the lack of communication so far has been very stressful and has left me stranded.
