Kiwi.com Refund Never Arrives After Phuket to Dubai Ticket Cancellation
I purchased a Phuket–Dubai one-way flight ticket through Kiwi.com for a total of $240. My flight was scheduled for January 1, 2026, flying with Sichuan Airlines from Phuket to Dubai with a layover in Chengdu.
I canceled this ticket through the system on November 25, 2025, and at the same time I submitted a refund request. On the screen, I saw a message stating that my request had been received and forwarded to the airlines. However, even though a long time has passed, I have not received any update, and no refund has appeared on my credit card.
I am requesting that the full $240 be refunded to my credit card immediately and in full. I also want a written, detailed explanation of the cancellation and refund process due to the negative experience I’ve had. Because of this issue, I do not want to use Kiwi.com again. I request that my situation be resolved urgently, and if the payment is not refunded to me as soon as possible, I want to state that I will pursue legal action and, if necessary, file a formal criminal complaint.
