Kiwi.com Failed Booking Refund Missing - Revolut Payment Stuck

On October 10, 2025, I purchased a ticket through Kiwi.com for a flight scheduled on December 20 at 15:25 from Krakow Airport to Charleroi (round trip). My reservation number was 687539270, and I paid a total of €87 via Revolut. However, the booking process was not completed within 24 hours, and later I received a message stating, “Reservation 687539270: Unfortunately, we could not complete the booking of your trip.” During this time, I tried to contact Kiwi.com customer service but was constantly redirected to a bot. On the few occasions I reached a real person, the issue still wasn’t resolved. I was first told that the payment was received and would be refunded, but later informed that I needed to contact Revolut because the issue was supposedly on their side. When I contacted Revolut, they confirmed that Kiwi.com was in possession of the funds. I even sent payment confirmation through the app, but Kiwi.com continues to claim they never received the money. Now, I’ve been told that I am “in a queue” waiting for their finance department to respond. I was not given any reference number or ticket regarding this case. I am requesting a full refund of the €87 I paid and expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
