On November 27, 2024, I purchased two tickets through Kiwi.com for Transavia France flight TO3269 from Izmir to Paris Orly (reservation no: 589031905). I planned everything around this trip. Then on January 24, 2025, Kiwi.com notified me that the airline had canceled the flight and offered a refund option. I immediately requested a refund the same day.
Kiwi.com said I would receive an update within 14 days. But when I followed up on March 15, they told me they were still waiting to hear from the airline—which was a lie. I had already contacted Transavia France myself, and they confirmed that they refunded the full amount to Kiwi.com on January 26. They even provided the refund details and were much more responsive than Kiwi, despite not being responsible for the ticket sale.
When I passed this information to Kiwi.com, they responded with the same nonsense—claiming they were still waiting for confirmation from the airline, completely ignoring the facts I provided.
It has now been over two months, and Kiwi.com continues to avoid responsibility and treat the situation like a joke. I haven’t received my refund, and I can’t get through to a real person.
