Never buy a ticket through kiwi.com! I bought a ticket for 2 people on 27.11.2024 for Transavia France's TO3269 Izmir - Paris (Orly) flight (rez no: 589031905). And I organized my entire plan accordingly. Kiwi.com stated that my flight was canceled by the company on 24.01.2025 and offered a refund option for the money paid. We requested a refund for the ticket we bought from kiwi.com on the same day. We were told that we would be contacted within 14 days. On 15.03.2025, I asked about the status of my application and was told that the refund was pending because we were still waiting for news from the company for 2 months. In my correspondence with Transavia France on 15.03.2025, the company stated that "my money was refunded to kiwi.com on 26.01.2025, and Kiwi should refund the money". (It also stated which card it was refunded to, and Transavia France was much more interested than kiwi.com, despite not being in the ticket purchasing process.) When I reported this situation to kiwi.com on the same day, they responded mockingly that they were still waiting for news from the company. The latest situation; they have been mocking me for 2 months and I can never find anyone to talk to. Pay 3-5 cents more and fly without any problems.
