Kiwi.com Booking Update Request Denied

I bought a flight from Istanbul to Amsterdam using Kiwi.com, but the tickets were provided for the incorrect dates. We're not sure who is to blame, but when we attempted to change the ticket, Kiwi informed us that they couldn't and advised us to contact Ajet. We contacted Ajet, who told us they could only handle the modification if we booked through Kiwi. We called Kiwi again, but they still didn't help us. We asked to speak with a supervisor, but they told supervisors do not have the power to transfer calls. I'm curious, if customer service doesn't have the right to amend tickets or transfer calls to a higher authority, what is their job description? I won't be booking with Kiwi again. I will also alert my bank about this fraudulent activity. Despite the fact that I informed them two days in advance that I would be unable to use the ticket and that I needed to change it, they refused to make the necessary changes, forcing me to forfeit my ticket and purchase another. I've provided screenshots of my call logs as a reference.
