Here's what you need to do to change your Kiwi.com reservation:
• Ask to Change Your Trip:
Open your trip on Kiwi.com, login, and scroll down to the "Rebooking & Cancellations" section. Pick "Change your trip."
You can make changes to either the whole plan or just a part of it. Send a message to Kiwi.com for help if you have any problems changing a certain segment.
• Look at your choices and costs:
If your trip is made up of different parts that can be changed separately, Kiwi.com will show you all of your options along with the prices from different carriers. Depending on the carrier and type of ticket, some changes may be free and others may cost extra.
You can pick the option you want and pay for it if there is a fee.
• Confirmation and Last Price:
The price shown during the change process is the final price. There are no other refunds or discounts for flights that were changed.
Kiwi.com will send you a confirmation message with the new e-ticket once the change is made. Keep in mind that this could take a while.
• Some more changes:
If the itinerary has already been changed, you won't be able to make any more changes online. If you need help with more changes, contact Kiwi.com.
The rules for changes or cancellations made after the first one will be based on the lowest ticket type, the Saver Ticket.
• Requests in particular:
To make a change or if you can't find a trip that works for you, scroll to the bottom of the search results and click "Manual change request." In the description, give more information.
Kiwi.com agents will email you back with all of your available options based on what you've asked for.
