Kiss Kiss Premium Membership Not Activated Despite Two Payments

On July 24, 2025 and again on July 27, 2025, I purchased the 3-month Kiss Kiss Premium feature twice through my account (a******@gmail.com**). However, my Premium membership has not been activated at all.

I paid for this service twice, yet I still cannot access the benefits I purchased. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I trusted the platform enough to make multiple payments. If the Premium membership is not activated soon, I will have no choice but to delete the game.

I kindly request that my Premium subscription be immediately activated or that my payments be refunded without further delay.
