I have been playing Royal Match actively for a long time and currently manage three separate accounts. Despite never violating any rules or receiving reports, all of my accounts have been under a chat ban for nearly a year. The details of my accounts are as follows:

Because the chat button is disabled, I was unable to request support directly from within the game. I also reached out to the support team via Gmail, but I never received a response.
This situation is very frustrating, especially since my accounts have high-level progress and I’ve invested a lot of time into the game. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, yet the chat restriction remains.
