My Royal Match Accounts Wrongly Chat-Banned

I have been playing Royal Match actively for a long time and currently manage three separate accounts. Despite never violating any rules or receiving reports, all of my accounts have been under a chat ban for nearly a year. The details of my accounts are as follows:

K* – Level: 8844, Opened: 09/2023, ID: 27HL3NCG

H** – Level: 3612, Opened: 08/2024, ID: 2L5WZ7Y3

K* – Level: 5834, Opened: 09/2023, ID: 24PEX4PD

Because the chat button is disabled, I was unable to request support directly from within the game. I also reached out to the support team via Gmail, but I never received a response.

This situation is very frustrating, especially since my accounts have high-level progress and I’ve invested a lot of time into the game. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, yet the chat restriction remains.

I kindly request that the chat bans on my accounts be lifted and that I be provided with proper support. I truly enjoy playing Royal Match and do not want to delete the game over this issue. I expect your urgent assistance in resolving this matter.
