I would like to report a serious issue with E-Football 2025. My mobile account was deleted without any warning about a week after the most recent update. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time it has happened — a total of three different accounts I’ve used have been deleted in the same way.

In my most recent deleted account, I had made in-game purchases worth approximately ₺385. The email address associated with that account is m**************@gmail.com**. This sudden deletion has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss.

I request that this issue be urgently investigated, that my previous purchases be restored, and that 3,200 MC be credited to my new account (ID: asnf-870-632-491) as compensation for the repeated losses.
