I have been unable to complete my verification on Bitexen for several months due to a persistent issue with my phone number. I am based in Nigeria, and when I select Nigeria as my country code and enter my phone number correctly, the system repeatedly returns an “invalid phone number” error whenever I request a verification code.

This problem has been ongoing since February 2026 and has completely prevented me from using the platform. I contacted Bitexen customer support about this issue, and they advised me to try using both the mobile app and the website and to attempt the process again later. I followed these instructions multiple times, but the error continues, and I have not received any meaningful resolution or further guidance.

I am also aware that other users in Nigeria are experiencing the same issue, which suggests this may be a broader technical problem affecting users in my region.

I request that my Bitexen account be successfully verified using my Nigerian phone number and that the technical issue causing the “invalid phone number” error be urgently investigated and resolved. I also expect clear feedback on the status of this problem and confirmation that users in Nigeria can register and verify their accounts without encountering this error.
