Kiko Milano Failed to Refund After Order Delivery Issue

I placed an order with Kiko Milano on 06.08.24, with an expected delivery date of 09.08.24. However, the products never arrived. When I contacted the courier, I was informed that my package was sent to the wrong address. They offered to return the products and I agreed, requesting a refund. Despite my request, I have yet to receive my refund. I reached out to Kiko, who confirmed the items were returned and said they would initiate the refund process. However, no action has been taken. When I followed up again, they claimed they were still waiting for confirmation from the courier. This experience has shattered my trust in Kiko Milano, and I will not be shopping with them again.
