I Never Received My Kiko Milano Order Yet It Was Marked as Delivered and Returned

I placed an order directly through Kiko Milano’s official website thinking it would be safer and smoother than using third-party retailers. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have been more wrong. The shipping process was an absolute nightmare. Despite never receiving my package, the courier marked it as “delivered” and claimed I wasn’t available—something I immediately verified through my security camera. No delivery attempt was made at all.

When I contacted customer service, they told me the package would arrive by 10:00 PM. Unsurprisingly, it never came. A day later, they suddenly claimed the delivery failed due to an “incorrect address” and that the package was returned. I never received a proper explanation, a refund, or any assistance.

I can’t reach the courier, I can’t get a real update on my order status, and Kiko Milano’s customer support has done nothing to help. For a brand of this size, this level of disorganization and lack of accountability is shocking. Unless this issue is resolved promptly, this will be my first and last time ordering from Kiko Milano.
