I Returned a Kiko Milano Product but Still Haven’t Received My Refund

I sent a return package to Kiko Milano on March 6, 2025, and it was delivered the next day, March 7. Since then, there’s been no update—no confirmation email, no tracking info, nothing on their website to show they even received it.

I’ve been messaging customer service for days, and all they do is mention a 10-day refund process—which has already passed. Still, no refund has appeared on my card. The product I returned was unopened, so I don’t understand what exactly they’re waiting for.
