Kiko Milano Order Stuck in “Processing” – Requesting Shipping or Cancellation

I placed an order with Kiko Milano on November 30, but it still shows as “processing.” I contacted customer service yesterday to raise my concern, but the order has not been shipped today either. When I followed up with customer service earlier, I requested to cancel my order. They informed me that if the invoice hasn’t been prepared, the order would be canceled, and I would be notified. However, despite four business days passing, my order hasn’t even been shipped yet.

The ongoing sale period cannot be an excuse, as all other brands I ordered from during this time have already delivered their products. I request that my order is shipped today or canceled immediately. Please address this matter without further delay.
