I Can’t Get Any Shipping Update for My Kiko Milano App Order

I placed an order through the Kiko Milano app, and it still hasn’t been shipped. There’s absolutely no update or estimated delivery time. I’ve checked the app repeatedly, but there’s no tracking number or even a status update. It feels like this entire process is designed to keep customers in the dark. Why is it so difficult to access basic shipping information?

I’m extremely frustrated by the lack of communication and support. No one is responding, and I feel completely ignored. This is unacceptable for a brand that claims to value its customers. Either ship my items immediately or cancel the order and issue a full refund.

I shouldn’t have to chase after my own purchase. This situation is beyond ridiculous. I expect Kiko Milano to take responsibility and resolve this without further delay.
