I Bought Kiko Gossamer Emotion Lipstick and It Snapped from the Base After One Use

I bought the Kiko Gossamer Emotion Creamy Lipstick from the City’s AVM store just one week ago. Despite handling it with care and barely using it, the lipstick completely snapped from the base. I noticed it was bending strangely while applying, and then it broke off entirely. I had stored it properly in its original box the whole time.
This is extremely disappointing coming from a brand like Kiko, which markets itself as a luxury cosmetic line. I shop at Kiko frequently and have always loved their powder-based products, but this experience really shook my confidence in the brand. A lipstick shouldn’t break after one gentle use—especially not one I paid premium price for.
It’s not just a faulty product; it reflects poorly on your quality control. I expect either a full refund or a replacement for the defective item. Please take responsibility and don’t let your brand image suffer over a product that clearly should never have passed inspection in the first place.
