I purchased an eyeshadow palette from Kiko Milano, and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. The shimmery shade located at the bottom left corner of the palette keeps crumbling and falling apart on its own—even though I’ve never touched or used that specific color. Every time I open the case, it’s a mess. The broken pigment spills over into the other shades, ruining the entire palette.
None of the other shades have this issue, which makes it clear this is a defect in just that one pan. But despite not using it, my entire palette has become dirty and unusable. It’s very frustrating to pay ₺ for a product that deteriorates on its own.
I’m requesting a replacement or refund for this defective eyeshadow palette. Kiko needs to ensure better product stability. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue.
