Kick.com Charged Me for 2 Months After I Canceled – I Want a Full Refund

I canceled my subscription to a creator on Kick.com two months ago, yet I just saw on my card statement that I’ve still been charged for both months. This is completely unacceptable. If I’ve already canceled the subscription, why is money still being withdrawn from my account?

I want a full refund for the two months that were wrongly charged to me and confirmation that my subscription has been permanently canceled. There’s no clear way to contact your support team, and I shouldn’t have to go through so much effort to fix something that isn’t my fault.

If I don’t receive a response today, I’ll be contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback. Fix this now.
