I subscribed to a creator on Kick.com but canceled the subscription immediately after. Despite this, I was charged for two additional months without my knowledge or consent. To make matters worse, even after canceling the subscription again, I continue to receive emails stating that the subscription is active and will renew at the same price unless I cancel.
This is completely unacceptable. Kick.com, your system is either faulty or deliberately misleading, and it’s frustrating to deal with unauthorized charges. I demand an immediate refund for the extra months I was charged and confirmation that my subscription has been fully canceled. Fix this issue promptly and improve your subscription management system to avoid such problems for other users.
