Helppay Charges Me Monthly Without a YouTube Premium Subscription or My Consent

Every month, money is being withdrawn from my account under the name Helppay, but I do not have any active YouTube Premium subscription. I’ve never signed up for it, I don’t use it, and yet I’m charged regularly for something I don’t even benefit from. What’s worse is that I can’t find any way to cancel it—there’s no clear option, no account connection, and no explanation for these recurring payments.

I am paying for a service I never agreed to, and this needs to stop immediately. I demand a full refund for the amounts that have been taken so far and a permanent end to these unauthorized charges.

Please assist me in resolving this quickly. I should not be forced to pay for something I never subscribed to and do not use.
