I recently placed an order via the Getir app and was promised delivery within 60 minutes, but alas, nothing was delivered. I find it outrageous that KFC refused to return my money, despite them offering a guaranteed delivery time. So, in desperation, I drove over to the Ispartakule branch of KFC – only to be told they had to bring it out from the back because it hadn't been delivered. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to suggest that I should go and pick it up myself! We were both starving and couldn't believe that we'd been treated so poorly – no wonder this chain's customer service is so renowned for its abysmal quality. It's no wonder their business is failing if this is their attitude towards people who've paid for orders which weren't fulfilled!
