I recently ordered from KFC and was incredibly disappointed with the entire experience. Instead of receiving 2 chicken drumsticks as requested, I got only 1. On top of that, my Zinger burger, for which I paid extra to include cheddar cheese, arrived completely without cheese.
To make matters worse, the entire order was cold and inedible. I didn’t eat the food and immediately contacted customer service. However, after waiting on hold for 25 minutes, I received no meaningful assistance. I’m frustrated that I paid extra for items I didn’t get and wasted money on cold, unappetizing food.
This experience has ruined my day, and I expect a full refund and corrective action from KFC.
