Purbium.com/2CO.com Charged My Card Without Authorization

On August 11, 2026, at 6:43 a.m., a transaction for $18 was made using my Yapı Kredi bank card under the name purbıum.com/2CO.com without my knowledge or authorization. I have never registered for a membership, made a purchase, or authorized any payment with this company. I do not accept having money charged to my card without my consent.

As soon as I noticed the transaction, I contacted Yapı Kredi, filed a dispute regarding the charge, and had my card canceled. So far, I have not been offered a clear resolution beyond being told that my dispute has been registered and is under investigation.

I demand a full refund of the unauthorized $18 charge as soon as possible, a detailed explanation of the transaction, and appropriate security measures to prevent a similar incident from happening again.
