KFC Order Does Not Arrive And The Contact Person Cannot Be Found
I placed an order last night on November 22. When my order did not arrive after 1 hour, I called 444 3555 and inquired about my order, and I heard the message "Your order has arrived". I waited even longer, the whole family waited hungry all night, but he still didn't come. We sat down and made our pasta and ate it in the middle of the night. I called the contact number a few more times, and even though hours had passed, I always heard the message "your order has arrived". They say that we are a huge international corporate company, but corporateness is only as much as the vision of the person who manages this company. No other addressee or contact can be reached other than an automatic short answer. I am thinking of complaining about KFC Turkey's situation to the international platform by writing to Twitter @KFC_ES, and I recommend it to those who read it.
